Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By requesting a consultation or engaging Cloudpire Construction Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

All construction work is performed by licensed, insured Pennsylvania subcontractors coordinated by Cloudpire. We act as project manager and owner's representative. Cloudpire is not a licensed general contractor in Pennsylvania at this time and will update clients when licensure is obtained.

3. Proposals & Contracts

All engagements are based on a written fixed-price proposal. No work commences without signed written agreement. Scope changes are documented in writing with approved cost adjustments.

4. Payment

Payment milestones are tied to project phases as defined in each service agreement. Cloudpire does not release final payment to subcontractors until completion is verified.

5. Liability

Cloudpire carries appropriate general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to fees charged for project management services. Contractor workmanship warranties are the responsibility of the respective licensed subcontractors.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
